Although she loved art from childhood, life took her in a different direction as she devoted herself to raising her four children. Her creativity never disappeared; it simply waited for the right moment to bloom again.

As her children grew older, Cheryl found herself returning to painting with renewed confidence. What began as creating artwork for friends soon led to commissions, and before long Wild Petal Studio was born.

The studio's name carries special meaning. "Petal" is a nickname given to Cheryl by her partner, while "Wild" reflects the freedom, movement and spontaneity that define her creative process.

Together they perfectly capture both the artist and her work.
